What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the Personal Loans business.
• Develop new lending propositions that deliver commercial value and improve customer experiences.
• Collaborate with product, pricing, and platform teams to turn market intelligence into actionable opportunities.
• Utilize AI and data capabilities to accelerate innovation and improve operational delivery.
• Ensure all propositions align with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
• Influence key business decisions and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, proposition, or growth-focused roles.
• Strong ability to translate consumer insights into effective product and growth strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leveraging technology and data as business enablers, including AI-led solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills within large, complex organizations.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working within Financial Services, ideally Retail Banking.
• Understanding of the Consumer Duty regulatory framework.
• Experience embedding agile ways of working in cross-functional teams.
