What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the Personal Loans business.
- Develop new lending propositions that deliver commercial value and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product, pricing, and platform teams to turn market intelligence into actionable opportunities.
- Utilize AI and data capabilities to accelerate innovation and improve operational delivery.
- Ensure all propositions align with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
- Influence key business decisions and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, proposition, or growth-focused roles.
- Strong ability to translate consumer insights into effective product and growth strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering business transformation initiatives.
- Experience leveraging technology and data as business enablers, including AI-led solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills within large, complex organizations.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience working within Financial Services, ideally Retail Banking.
- Understanding of the Consumer Duty regulatory framework.
- Experience embedding agile ways of working in cross-functional teams.
