What you will do

• Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-performing websites.
• Build end-to-end web solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Create intuitive user experiences and visually engaging interfaces aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present technical recommendations, and provide project updates.
• Optimize website performance, security, accessibility, and SEO.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Website Designer/Developer or Senior Full Stack Developer.
• Expert knowledge of modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue).
• Strong back-end development experience (Node.js, PHP/Laravel, .NET, Python).
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code.
• Excellent English communication skills with the confidence to lead client-facing discussions.
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing modern design and full-stack expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Australian or international clients.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and business systems.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, and Docker.
