What you will do

• Own and extend a substantial Laravel 12 production application.
• Design normalized relational schemas and optimize MySQL queries for performance.
• Manage background jobs, scheduled tasks, and long-running pipelines.
• Integrate third-party APIs while ensuring system resilience.
• Build and maintain server-rendered UI components using Blade, Alpine.js, and Tailwind.
• Ensure system correctness through rigorous testing and defensive validation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience building and running production web applications.
• Deep expertise in Laravel, including Eloquent, queues, events, and migrations.
• Strong proficiency in MySQL schema design and query optimization.
