What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3 Recruitment Consultants
• Lead team performance by setting targets and driving revenue growth
• Run a 360 temporary recruitment desk across business support, HR, marketing, and procurement roles
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for your desk and support the team’s delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (essential)
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or management experience
• Strong performance track record in a 360 recruitment role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven approach with a passion for developing others
• Resilient and organised, able to manage multiple priorities
