What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure GDPR and employment law compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally in tech, digital, or change.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Commercial mindset with solid negotiation and offer management skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office 4 days a week.
