Permanent Recruiter (Financial Services): Establishing and leading the permanent recruitment offering for the Financial Services Change & Transformation practice with an accent on client partnership and business development. Focus on identifying high-quality talent and scaling the permanent desk using existing client relationships.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week from the London office)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer and negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure GDPR and employment law compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally in tech, digital, or change.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Commercial mindset with solid negotiation and offer management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 4 days a week.
