Location: Remote, but must live close to one of 's designated IT locations: NYC, NY; Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dallas/Frisco, TX; Boston, MA; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC. Occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.
Salary: $117,500–$160,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end product design for assigned clinical and care-facing product areas, from discovery through pixel-perfect delivery.
- Design information architecture, workflows, and interfaces for data-dense, human-in-the-loop clinical tools.
- Contribute to scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and design standards.
- Present design recommendations, explain tradeoffs, and build alignment with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and conduct qualitative research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
- Apply WCAG 2.1 AA, plain-language, privacy, patient-trust, and regulatory principles to healthcare interfaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX product design experience delivering digital products, web applications, or complex enterprise platforms from concept to launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Expert Figma skills, including auto-layout, tokens, component variables, and interactive prototyping.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities while maintaining high design quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for presenting design decisions and discussing technical constraints and tradeoffs with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI-driven product behavior, including latency handling, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience designing in clinical, healthcare, health-tech, regulated, or other high-stakes environments.
- Experience with complex data pipelines, dynamic real-time data, or decision-support tools.
