What you will do

• Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
• Manage the legal department’s intake queue within Salesforce to ensure efficient triage.
• Implement and improve contract management and automation software to reduce administrative friction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure compliance during the transactional lifecycle.
• Conduct audits of legal case queues to identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial legal agreements within a corporate ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and contract management lifecycle (CLM) platforms.
• Formal legal education (J.D., LL.M., or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with sales and finance teams.
