What you will do

• Manage the intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and transactional documents.
• Support US attorneys with drafting and ad hoc legal tasks to maintain high-volume throughput.
• Coordinate client workflows and manage document portals to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain high quality standards for all contract support, balancing speed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and AI agents to optimize contract processing efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a transactional or corporate practice group or in-house commercial legal team.
• Hands-on experience with commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong commercial pragmatism and ability to apply legal concepts effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
