Senior Director, Global Order To Cash (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash process design and execution across global regions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing, collections, credit, and cash application activities.
• Manage internal teams and outsourced service providers to ensure operational stability.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams to maintain robust financial controls.
• Drive process transformation and automation using AI-based tools and system integrations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for senior stakeholders and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 10+ years of experience leading Order to Cash functions in complex, global organizations.
• Deep knowledge of global financial controls, regulatory compliance, and revenue recognition.
• Proven experience managing both internal teams and third-party BPO or shared service providers.
• Strong systems experience with ERP, billing, and CRM platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
• Must be able to work from the Orlando, FL office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced professional credential.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or digital subscription revenue models.
• Familiarity with Commercial Service Agreements (CSA) and Transition Service Agreements (TSA).
• Experience with post-merger integration or spin-off operational transitions.
