What you will do
- Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Manage assigned projects from planning through completion and maintain operational documentation.
- Handle daily self-storage operations including rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and billing using Easy Storage Solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify process gaps and develop SOPs to improve organizational consistency and efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports covering occupancy, lead activity, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Brazil.
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
- English: C1+ required for professional communication.
- Experience in business operations, administration, project coordination, or property management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to maintain a professional home office setup.
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM.
Nice to have
- Experience using AppFolio or Easy Storage Solutions.
- Proven track record of creating SOPs and operational workflows.
- Experience in self-storage or leasing environments.
