TL;DR
Events & Travel Partner (Corporate Operations): Designing and executing internal events and travel roadmaps to enhance employee experience and company culture with an accent on strategic planning and seamless logistics. Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (minimum 8 days per month in office). Relocation package and visa sponsorship are available.

What you will do
- Own and execute the annual events roadmap aligned with company purpose, culture, and values.
- Lead the full event lifecycle for corporate events, team-building, and offsites, ensuring accessibility standards are met.
- Manage travel and event vendors, negotiate contracts, and track corporate budgets.
- Optimize travel policies and workflows to improve employee experience and maximize savings.
- Partner with Culture, Purpose, and Workplace teams to design inclusive internal initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc Executive Assistant support for leadership operations during peak periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale events and complex travel coordination independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic and systems thinking to align event initiatives with business goals.
- Experience in financial management, budget tracking, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across leadership and finance teams.
- English: Fluency is mandatory for global communication.
- Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona.

- Experience in a corporate event planning role.
- Background working in a fast-paced product or tech environment.

- Spanish language proficiency for local vendor management.
