Customer Success Coordinator

TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (Fitness): Driving client triumphs and engagement for the hirify.global VIP program with an accent on onboarding, retention, and relationship building. Focus on managing client communications, facilitating program renewals, and ensuring a seamless experience for women on their fitness journeys.

Location: Remote (United States, excluding California). Must be available for evening hours (until 9pm PST/12am EST) and Saturdays (7am-3pm PST/10am-6pm EST).

Compensation: $28.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new VIP clients post-sale to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.
• Support coach-client assignments and manage welcome call cadences.
• Field general program inquiries via email, phone, and text messages.
• Proactively identify opportunities for program renewals and ascension to additional services.
• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve client issues and escalations.
• Maintain client engagement and momentum to support long-term retention goals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer service or client success.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Availability for evening shifts (Mon-Fri until 9pm PST) and Saturdays (7am-3pm PST).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
