What you will do

• Lead the attraction technical and project management team in developing technical strategies and overseeing vendor execution.
• Review and approve all ride and show scopes of work and RFPs.
• Assess and mitigate technical and schedule risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive safety improvements and ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards, and California DOSH requirements.
• Oversee ADA compliance for shows and rides, developing innovative accessibility solutions.
• Mentor and manage a team of technical professionals, including managers and program managers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in vendor management with significant in-field installation experience.
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in theme park show action equipment or ride systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proven track record of managing teams and acting as an in-house mentor.
• Experience with compliance activities and guest-facing interactions.
