Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed reporting team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Champion AI-first design principles and integrate AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, SSRS, and AWS Quick Suite.
• Manage complex data integration processes using SSIS and optimize SQL procedures in Snowflake.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and operational readiness for critical business reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting deliverables with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Fort Lee, New Jersey.
• Proven experience leading reporting or BI teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Tableau, SSRS, SSIS, and complex SQL programming.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and facilitating team ceremonies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern ETL patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with AWS Quick Suite, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience with conversational analytics or NLQ tools like ThoughtSpot or Power BI Copilot.
