Salary: $225,000 – $275,000

What you will do

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with cloud infrastructure, GPU providers, and hardware vendors.
• Own the full lifecycle of external partner relationships from initial engagement to long-term management.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that maximize long-term value.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to influence business strategy and infrastructure roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience within AI, cloud infrastructure, hyperscalers, or semiconductor industries.
• Background in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Experience working at a high-growth, venture-backed technology company.
