What you will do
- Manage large, complex, strategic project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as technical lead for assigned engineering teams, including leading/participating in program peer & gate reviews and supporting PMRs.
- Coordinate technical activity across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and communicate with customers and vendors.
- Run weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews and drive technical, cost, and schedule performance for engineering content.
- Implement strategic goals set by leadership and make significant improvements to processes, systems, solutions, or products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences.
- 8+ years of U.S. Government (USG)/DoD development program experience.
- 3+ years of engineering lead experience in USG/DoD development programs.
- 3+ years of experience with IBM/Rational or Atlassian tools, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project.
- U.S. citizenship required due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
- Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
