What you will do

• Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with brand vision and KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer outreach, including sourcing, contracting, and program management.
• Analyze performance data to report on KPIs and optimize future influencer strategies.
• Partner with digital and media teams to recommend amplification strategies.
• Manage influencer content briefing and approval processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in running best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail for managing multiple campaigns and deliverables.
• Ability to use data to measure performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with influencers and clients.
• Proactive, creative, and solutions-focused mindset.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
