Influencer Director, EMEA (Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Support Goat EMEA leadership in translating regional objectives into actionable plans and executing regional strategies.
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives across European markets, managing scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and risks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support data-driven strategic decisions.
• Coordinate local market leads, global teams, and external partners to ensure effective project integration and delivery.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and propose efficient solutions for market-specific issues.
• Coordinate internal communications and share best practices across European teams.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of senior project management, operational support, or strategic coordination experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing agency.
• Significant exposure to European markets and familiarity with the European media, marketing, and creator economy landscape.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and driving execution through influence and collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, work autonomously, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
