What you will do

• Support EMEA leadership in translating regional objectives into actionable plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Develop and implement regional strategies and best practices to drive market growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead key strategic projects across European markets, managing scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with local market leads and global teams to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.
• Prepare data-driven reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making for EMEA leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior project or operational management experience within a digital or influencer marketing agency.
• Significant exposure to European markets and the creator economy landscape.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner with senior leadership as a strategic enabler.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
