Salary: $26.45 - $30.42 per hour

What you will do

• Train associates on equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Assist the Area Manager in prioritizing workloads and equipment scheduling.
• Provide performance feedback and support the onboarding of new team members.
• Act as a first responder to production issues, including troubleshooting equipment and resolving material flow bottlenecks.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and visual management tools.
• Ensure standard work procedures are followed and updated as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Loveland, CO.
• 5-7 years of experience in machining.
• 0-3 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
