Salary: $93,500–$121,000

What you will do

• Estimate, plan, and lead testing efforts for exchange platforms.
• Translate testing requirements into automated regression tests using Python.
• Apply modern AI techniques and agentic frameworks to enhance QA processes.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Contribute to the design of new testing tools and techniques.
• Learn and apply knowledge of asset classes like equities, options, and futures to test scenarios.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3–5 years of QA experience with demonstrable coding and test framework enhancement skills.
• 1–3 years of experience leading test efforts or teams.
• Strong Python programming and Linux skills.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, specifically Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial markets with knowledge of order entry or market data protocols.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
