Collaboration Platform Principal Engineer (Cisco/Webex)

Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH

Salary: $70,000 – $140,000 USD annually (plus incentive plan eligibility)

hirify.global is a US financial services company undergoing continual modernization of its enterprise collaboration platforms.

• Lead the Collaboration Service Engineering team, setting standards, roadmaps, and operational processes.
• Own enterprise collaboration platforms: CUCM, Cisco Emergency Responder, voice gateways/SIP, Webex Calling MT, Microsoft Teams Voice, Webex, Zoom, and IPC trading communications.
• Design, implement, and optimize platforms for high availability, resiliency, and scalability.
• Lead Tier 3/Tier 4 support, incident/problem/change management, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and drive automation for reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and support hiring and talent development.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration, unified communications, voice, video, or telecom environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with engineering teams or large-scale collaboration initiatives.

• Deep expertise in CUCM, SIP trunking, VoIP, dial plans, and voice gateways.
• Experience with Webex Calling MT, Microsoft Teams Voice, and video collaboration technologies.
• IPC trading platforms and compliance/voice recording knowledge in regulated financial environments.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, QoS, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, packet analysis.
• Certifications: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.
