Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead process improvement initiatives, operational best practices, and facility service delivery procedures.
• Draft and review Methods of Procedure and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Oversee customer solution deployments, including space, power, and network resource allocation.
• Manage critical facility infrastructure, including power distribution, HVAC, UPS, generators, and mechanical systems.
• Prepare technical presentations, operational reports, metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Support customer integration, resolve facility issues, and supervise and mentor facility operations staff.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in data center facility operations and management.
• Experience supervising technical teams and leading facility operations staff.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, networking technologies, UPS, generators, power distribution, mechanical systems, and HVAC.
• Understanding of ISO, OHSAS, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent training and experience is accepted.
