What you will do

• Review and establish service-level agreements with core customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably on services or API-focused product teams.
• Strong understanding of API-based products and developer experience.
• Proven team leadership and ability to refine technical product vision.
• Experience managing operational challenges and conflict resolution.
