What you will do

• Provide individual college and career support to refugee youth aged 15-24.
• Conduct program intakes to establish growth baselines and service starting points.
• Coordinate and deliver monthly workshops and outdoor adventure activities.
• Manage client outreach via phone, text, and transportation coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes for all program activities.
• Participate in staff development and team meetings.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a graduate/undergraduate program or have graduated within the last 6 months.
• Must possess a valid UT Driver’s License and have access to a vehicle to drive clients.
• Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination for in-office/hybrid work.
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional foreign language.
• Prior experience in youth engagement or mentorship.
• Experience working and communicating in a multicultural environment, specifically with refugee populations.
