What you will do

• Execute the business unit's strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and strengthen market position.
• Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, capabilities, and acquisition opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to strengthen customer relationships and identify strategic partnerships.
• Oversee financial performance, including operating plans, capital investments, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through coaching and empowerment.
• Serve as the primary representative of the business unit for internal executives, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of management experience; VP level is highly preferred.
• Strategic mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Product knowledge and distribution industry experience.
• Experience with Eclipse or Solar ERP databases.
• Strongly goal-oriented and self-driven personality.
