Salary: $190,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Lead commercial strategy for U.S. regional sports business and take P&L ownership of specific rights.
• Drive negotiations with rightsholders and evaluate new rights opportunities and deal terms.
• Develop pricing and packaging recommendations and analyze overall business performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to define the growth roadmap.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and assist in deal structuring.
• Prepare strategic materials and reporting for executive leadership and the board.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in market trend analysis, go-to-market planning, and operational feasibility assessments.
• Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights effectively to cross-functional internal audiences.
• Deep understanding of or passion for the sports and media industries.
• Must be based in New York to support a hybrid work model.
