• Document findings through detailed reports and photographic evidence.
• Provide status updates through internal progress reporting systems.

Requirements

• Must live within a 30-mile radius of the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Competency with digital cameras, word processing, and email.
• Ability to maintain required automobile insurance coverage ($100k/$300k limits).
• Ability to travel to inspection sites within the assigned territory.
