What you will do

• Collaborate with Nurse Coordinators to support existing customers and increase revenue.
• Act as a patient advocate, assessing needs and coordinating logistics to ensure timely management of testing.
• Manage and nurture patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.
• Utilize business tools including Salesforce and QlikView for data and analysis requests.
• Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA and security regulations.
• Educate potential patients on the company's technology.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience in both inbound and outbound capacities.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of HIPAA/PHI and security training within 30 days of hire.
