What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end patient onboarding process, from welcome calls to equipment setup walkthroughs.
  • Provide frontline support via telehealth, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out for clinical sessions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with the hirify.global app and patient devices to ensure comfort and participation.
  • Maintain accurate patient interaction logs within Salesforce and internal management systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve barriers and improve care delivery workflows.
  • Act as a primary advocate to keep patients motivated and engaged throughout their therapy journey.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare support, customer success, or a patient-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to connect effectively with older adult populations (65+).
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new CRM or EHR software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic approach and passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Background in inside sales, patient retention, or objection handling.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
  • Prior knowledge of Medicare or healthcare insurance basics.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical users.
