Salary: $27.26 - $40.90 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts through email and telephone outreach.
• Process orders, verify items, and coordinate with fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify up-selling opportunities by suggesting related products and analyzing buying history.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure new business.
• Monitor open order reports and proactively address potential delivery delays.
• Report industry trends and competitive pricing to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or sales administration.
• High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under general supervision.
• Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred.
