TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Canada (Ontario)

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the Americas region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Promote and educate integrators, consultants, and end-users on body-worn solution benefits.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for body-worn technology.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to prioritize market feedback and program goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada (Ontario).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in physical security.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 70% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of public safety, healthcare, education, or retail market segments.
  • Experience with the RFP process and state contracts.
