What you will do

• Support product roadmaps for manufacturer, channel partner, and distributor portal experiences.
• Translate business needs and stakeholder priorities into clear requirements and actionable development plans.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, sprint planning, delivery, testing, and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure product adoption.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate legacy systems and create a unified, scalable portal experience.
• Monitor and track product health metrics, including feature adoption, retention, and usage trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product operations.
• Proven ability to translate user feedback and business goals into technical requirements.
• Experience working with B2B software, SaaS platforms, or web portals.
• Proficiency in Agile development practices, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
• Must be based in the Waltham, MA office for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week).
• Work authorization for the US is required; no sponsorship is available.
