What you will do

• Own returns initiation portals and the Vendor Policy Hub, including rules engines and compliance workflows.
• Oversee data ingestion processes to ensure high-quality data flow into downstream operations.
• Develop and manage an ICP-driven product roadmap grounded in documented customer needs.
• Ensure product reliability and uptime, managing incident response at the intake layer.
• Identify and implement AI/ML capabilities to improve data capture accuracy and policy interpretation.
• Create and maintain client-facing reporting and visibility tools to demonstrate platform value.

Requirements

• Track record of owning B2B SaaS products with high reliability requirements.
• Experience in returns, reverse logistics, e-commerce, or adjacent platforms.
• Strong ability to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prioritize roadmaps based on data.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into product workflows to drive measurable outcomes.
• Clear communication skills with a focus on documentation, training, and stakeholder alignment.
