What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for complex Enterprise accounts using an AI-first approach to accelerate and standardize processes.
• Design and implement agentic workflows and automation to optimize production workloads and eliminate waste.
• Consult with Enterprise customers to align SLAs and KPIs with their specific business outcomes.
• Develop AI agents to manage multi-step processes, allowing staff to focus on high-level goals and edge cases.
• Manage account health and performance metrics, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) for remediations.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success teams to ensure comprehensive implementation of customer requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing Enterprise-level localization programs.
• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work format.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to monitor and control production performance against KPIs.
• Proven organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics.
• Experience in onboarding new customers' localization programs.
• Prior experience in team leadership or management.
