What you will do

  • Deliver training and consulting services in contact center, performance improvement, and business transformation.
  • Collaborate with clients to define Contact Centre strategies that drive business performance.
  • Configure hirify.global application users, databases, forms, and workflows aligned with client business processes.
  • Analyze customer KPI performance and develop tailored contact center improvement plans.
  • Support Account Executives in identifying additional service and solution opportunities.
  • Drive successful delivery of recommendations to ensure high client satisfaction and referenceability.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Domain expertise in Workforce Management, Process Automation (Robotics), or Quality Management solutions.
  • Must be based in London (preferred) and able to travel throughout the EMEA region.
  • Strong consultative thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
