TL;DR

Director, Partnerships (Healthtech): Leading the development and optimization of WHOOP's strategic partnerships ecosystem to drive member acquisition and brand awareness with an accent on high-impact commercial deals and cross-functional execution. Focus on sourcing strategic partners across financial services and luxury sectors, negotiating complex terms, and establishing performance KPIs to maximize LTV/CAC.

Location: On-site in Boston, MA

Salary: $155,000 - $195,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the partnerships strategy to accelerate growth and expand distribution.
  • Manage a pipeline of partners across financial services, airlines, and luxury categories.
  • Negotiate commercial, marketing, and product deal terms and execute contracts in partnership with Legal.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver marketing assets and in-app experiences.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate acquisition, engagement, and brand impact.
  • Present partnership performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and managing high-value partnerships that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modeling and growth strategies.
  • Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Must be based in Boston, MA (On-site).
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
