What you will do

• Operate a non-CDL auxiliary support vehicle to transport equipment between tour locations.
• Assist Tour Managers with daily logistics, site readiness, and equipment staging.
• Manage the setup, activation, and teardown of the Roadshow footprint, including displays and signage.
• Coordinate Brand Ambassadors onsite and support guest flow during product demonstrations.
• Capture event photos and submit recap reports documenting customer feedback and site details.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of all tour assets and customer-facing areas.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel full-time for the duration of the tour.
• 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, touring activations, or live event logistics.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving non-CDL support vehicles such as cargo vans or pickup trucks.
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools.
