What you will do

• Develop and execute local marketing programs to drive product trial and community engagement.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Student Marketeers to foster brand growth on campus.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, creators, and influencers to shape local culture.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance product visibility and availability in retail environments.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data, insights, and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate sampling activities and events to ensure alignment with national and global brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in leading teams and managing people
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management competencies
• Must have a valid US driver’s license
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
