Location: Must be based in Jacksonville, Florida (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office)

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of customer roundtables, advisory boards, conferences, and webinars.
• Translate enterprise strategy into scalable, repeatable programs that drive pipeline and customer insights.
• Design and deliver high-touch internal executive events, including Sales Kickoffs and CEO Circle meetings.
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align programs with business priorities.
• Manage a high-performing team, driving accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end execution including content development, vendor management, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing or experiential programs within a B2B environment.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to design and deliver premium, high-touch experiences for senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with executive leadership.
• Ability to travel 50-60% globally and work non-standard hours as required.
• Must be able to work in the Jacksonville office 2–3 days per week.
