Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Own the strategy, budget, and execution for the flagship annual symposium and high-touch executive engagements.
- Design unconventional, memorable brand activations that cut through the noise of conservative defense tech events.
- Manage trade show presence, large-scale booth builds, and sporting/action-sports hospitality programs.
- Partner with sales and demand generation teams to connect event activations to pipeline and measurable outcomes.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and production partners to ensure quality and budget adherence.
- Build customer engagement programs that deepen relationships across the partner and customer ecosystem.
Requirements
- Must reside in one of the approved hiring hubs: DC/MD/VA, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill (NC), Denver/Colorado Springs (CO), or Dallas/Fort Worth (TX).
- 5+ years of experience in experiential, events, or field marketing, including large-scale flagship events.
- Proven track record of shipping bold, unconventional marketing concepts that delivered measurable business results.
- End-to-end ownership of event strategy, logistics, vendor management, and budget.
- Willingness to travel for events and activations.
- Fluency within the defense tech, govtech, or national security ecosystem is highly preferred.
