Program Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of omnichannel programs focusing on web and digital customer experiences.
• Manage website enhancements, personalized content experiences, and customer journey optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX/UI, web development, CRM, and analytics.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to define customer engagement objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with technical teams on CMS enhancements, API integrations, and tagging strategies.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as an omnichannel, program, or account manager.
• Experience in the pharma or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of web development processes and digital engagement projects.
• Proficiency with Project Management tools such as Jira, Adobe Workfront, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Drupal.
• Location: Must be based in Boston, US to support hybrid office attendance.
