What you will do

• Lead multi-functional project teams to deliver mission-critical software implementation packages.
• Develop effective project plans and schedules based on the statement of work.
• Manage client expectations and provide consistent updates to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee project financials and proactively resolve issues to mitigate delays.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements and apply learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects.
• Must be based in Canada or the US within the EST timezone.
• Deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Valid passport and legal eligibility for international travel to Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
