What you will do

• Administer the Pigment platform, managing user provisioning, RBAC, SSO, and the full model lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for FP&A (Revenue, OpEx, Headcount) and Supply Chain (S&OP, Inventory).
• Coordinate and troubleshoot data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3, and Pigment.
• Lead the Change Control Board (CCB) process to manage risk, impact assessment, and SOX audit integrity.
• Partner with FP&A and Supply Chain owners to translate business requirements into technical model enhancements.
• Create training paths, runbooks, and documentation in Confluence to drive end-user adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, or Planful.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and 3-statement modeling.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts like demand forecasting and S&OP.
• Working knowledge of data integration patterns (API, ETL) and ERPs like NetSuite.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Pigment Academy or Anaplan Solution Architect/Model Builder certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Fivetran, or AWS S3 in planning data pipelines.
• Familiarity with GAAP and SOX ITGC financial controls.
• Experience supporting a hybrid hardware + SaaS business model.
