What you will do

• Manage portfolio of 3–5 projects, meeting all milestones within scope and capacity.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, and weekly status reports for project health.
• Lead meetings with agendas, time management, and action item capture.
• Proactively manage risks with "At-Risk" and "Off-Track" communications.
• Run weekly project and financial reports using internal systems.
• Drive team momentum, remove blockers, and coordinate across remote teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years in Healthcare/IT environment.
• Comfortable with EST business hours.
• Technical literacy to document IT/security conversations.
• Process-oriented with preference for established methodologies.
• Experience with PPM tools and Azure DevOps (training provided).
