What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK communications strategy, focusing on mainstream, tech, and enthusiast press.
• Lead the UK influencer and content creator strategy to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and coach the UK communications and influencer team, setting objectives and supporting career growth.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to adapt and execute campaigns for exclusive games and hardware.
• Oversee external PR and influencer agencies, managing scopes of work and deliverables.
• Define KPIs and deliver post-launch evaluations to measure campaign success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Public Relations experience, preferably in consumer tech or entertainment.
• Must have a strong network of media and influencer contacts in the UK.
• Proven experience managing both earned and paid creator programs.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and building team capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
