What you will do

• Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop junior team members through line management and mentorship.
• Contribute to the firm's IP and marketing initiatives, including the hirify.global Trust Barometer.

Requirements

• Extensive background in corporate PR and reputation management for UK and international businesses.
• Proven experience providing strategic counsel to senior clients under pressure.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering projects against budget.
• Deep understanding of sustainability and its impact on business operations.
• Experience in multi-market coordination and working within integrated teams.
• Proficiency in using AI or automation tools for communications and campaign support.
