What you will do

  • Develop and deliver the UK earned consumer communications strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to shape communication plans and manage reputational risks.
  • Lead communications for product launches, original insights, and integrated campaigns.
  • Build and evolve relationships with journalists, creators, and emerging platforms.
  • Utilize data, AI, and audience insights to identify opportunities and improve communication effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the European Communications team to support international expansion.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading consumer communications or PR for a consumer-facing business.
  • Proven track record of developing earned communications strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to combine strategic long-term planning with agile, hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong editorial judgement.
  • Confidence in influencing stakeholders across various seniority levels.
  • Must be based in London to support a hybrid working approach.
