What you will do
- Lead a portfolio of Corporate Reputation clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Provide strategic counsel on complex reputation, corporate communications, and business issues.
- Shape integrated communications programmes across media relations, digital, social, and public affairs.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across the UK and international network to deliver seamless solutions.
- Oversee account profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and operational delivery.
- Identify and convert organic growth opportunities and lead new business pitches.
Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate communications or strategic communications consultancy.
- Proven track record as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account profitability and budgets.
- Experience leading integrated communications programmes across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
