What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of Corporate Reputation clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Provide strategic counsel on complex reputation, corporate communications, and business issues.
• Shape integrated communications programmes across media relations, digital, social, and public affairs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across the UK and international network to deliver seamless solutions.
• Oversee account profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and operational delivery.
• Identify and convert organic growth opportunities and lead new business pitches.

Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate communications or strategic communications consultancy.
• Proven track record as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account profitability and budgets.
• Experience leading integrated communications programmes across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
