What you will do

• Build evergreen, code-complete, hands-on examples and tutorials that teach developers how to use products in technically relevant contexts.
• Create AI and search-optimized technical assets to drive awareness and adoption of developer tools.
• Deliver in-person labs and conference presentations to generate high-fidelity feedback and engagement.
• Collaborate with content platform teams to improve usability, searchability, and AI compatibility.
• Use data to evaluate education formats, prioritize content, and identify critical content gaps.
• Define and publish opinionated best practices for using developer tooling within the community.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical roles such as software engineering, platform engineering, or developer advocacy.
• 3+ years of experience crafting educational content for developers, including tutorials, documentation, and workshops.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing videos, tutorials, and reference architectures.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, social teams, and SMEs.
• Experience using data to optimize documentation and drive traffic/engagement.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working with security-conscious developer communities or products (Identity, Auth, DevSecOps).
