What you will do

• Own and deliver virtual and onsite instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, from onboarding to advanced workshops.
• Lead hands-on, lab-based workshops using CloudShare or equivalent environments.
• Build and maintain a library of advanced training content, including agendas, slide decks, and demo datasets for OpenCTI and OpenAEV.
• Develop tailored learning paths and certification programs for different user profiles and maturity levels.
• Collaborate with Product teams to surface learner gaps and platform friction points for the roadmap.
• Mentor Content Managers and junior consultants on instructional design and delivery techniques.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), including threat actor tracking and analysis workflows.
• Significant experience delivering technical training to practitioner-level audiences in cybersecurity.
• Strong instructional design skills to independently create learner-ready content.
• Experience building and facilitating lab-based learning environments (AWS, CloudShare, etc.).
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Australia.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with OpenCTI and/or OpenAEV.
• Background in building training functions or service catalogs in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and certification program design.
